I love that you're able to get an appointment if you phone 8.30 am the same day. When I phoned at about noon one day I was offered to be called by a GP later that day, and was given an actual appointment that evening on the basis of that phone call. The nurse is also very friendly, informative and good at her job. I've been happy with every individual GP I've seen. The surgery has a very family feel, without losing any of the professionalism and high standards you would hope for and expect.
This practice has improved over the years in it's care and consideration for it's patients. You always get very helpful service and nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff. Cynthia the practice manager is always very very helpful.
What is great about this surgery is that the patient is what matters most, and everyone is kind and helpful and courteous and respectful! I have never had a problem getting an appointment!

This is a fantastic practice that I would definitely recommend. The staff is absolutely superb, I have always been treated with absolute kindness by doctors and receptionists alike and you can tell they love what they do, because they are always keen to help you with anything you need. The appointment system is really easy and they have a self check-in that allows for a very quick dynamic with patients.
When I compare the treatment I receive at St Paul's with the experience of friends at surgeries in comparable districts the difference is staggering. Everyone at St Paul"s is friendly and helpful, Doctors, Nurses and most importantly, the reception staff.
The only criticism I can make is the rigidity of the "10 minute" appointment system, but this is a problem of the NHS and not of St Paul's.
